PolyScope24 is an independent market intelligence and execution interface designed for prediction markets. PolyScope24 is strictly independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.

A. Account & Authentication Credentials

• Email Registration: When you register using an email address, we collect your email address and a cryptographically salted password hash (Argon2id/bcrypt). We never store plaintext passwords.
• Telegram Single Sign-On (SSO): If you choose to authorize via Telegram, we receive your verified Telegram User ID, username, and first name as provided by the official Telegram Login Widget / WebApp authentication protocol.

B. Client Cabinet & Execution Configuration

• Trading Parameters: User-configured risk thresholds (maximum loss circuit breakers, allocation caps, replication odds limits).
• Destination Addresses: Public Polygon blockchain addresses provided by you for USDC withdrawal dispatch requests. We never collect or store your private keys or seed phrases.

C. Automated Telemetry & Technical Records

• Log Information: IP address (truncated for GDPR compliance), browser type and version, referral URL, and timestamps.
• Execution Telemetry: Anonymized transaction replication logs to monitor system latency and order book slip rates on Polygon L2.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly under valid lawful bases, including contract execution, legitimate interest, and compliance:

• To authenticate and maintain your active session inside the Personal Client Cabinet.
• To execute copy-trading replication instructions according to your personal risk parameters.
• To deliver real-time sub-second execution push notifications to your linked Telegram account.
• To process verified withdrawal applications to your external Polygon address.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent bot attacks, API abuse, and denial-of-service attempts.

4. Non-Custodial Architecture & On-Chain Transparency

PolyScope24 operates a non-custodial copy-trading infrastructure. Your predictive contract interactions are settled directly on the decentralized Polygon L2 blockchain. Public ledger transactions (such as token transfers and market contract positions) are permanently recorded on the public blockchain and are verifiable by anyone. Blockchain records are immutable by design and cannot be altered or removed by PolyScope24.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize essential cookies and browser LocalStorage solely to maintain your authentication state, retain your display preferences (e.g. chart timeframes, UI theme), and remember your cookie consent preferences. 6. Telegram Bot Integration & Messaging

When you link our Telegram Bot (@PolyScope24_Bot), communication between you and the bot is governed by the Telegram Platform Terms and Privacy Policy in conjunction with this document. We store only your Telegram User ID and notification preferences in order to send you execution receipts, daily PnL summaries, and emergency circuit breaker triggers.

7. Data Retention & Security Measures

We implement rigorous technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data:

• Encryption in Transit: All HTTP traffic is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption and strict HSTS headers.
• Zero Private Key Access: PolyScope24 never requests or stores your private cryptographic keys. All on-chain executions are pre-authorized through programmatic smart contract relayers.
• Retention Policy: Account details are retained as long as your cabinet is active. Inactive accounts and associated logs are purged after 24 months of dormancy upon written request.
